With over two decades of technical experiences in aircon and electrical industry, we strive to deliver quality services to meet every customer needs.

Our trademark (40202123602W) has been registered from 02 Oct 2021. It comprises of the 4 key elements - Chinese word, number, trade name and tagline.
The Chinese word (峰) represents our family-owned business identity. The English translation is "Peak", it also represents our business goal to achieve and sustain at the peak of excellence.
The number 2003 represents our business inception year.
The trade name AAWONG is named after the business founder's surname, Wong and the first character of his children's name Adam and Aaron.
The Tagline - Right people, Right time is derived from our business vision and mission.
The Color - Red, Orange, Yellow and Blue represents our business values - Passion, Energy, Agility and Knowledge.
Red to Yellow gradient, Red and Orange, in the Chinese word represents our people to deliver services with passion, energy and enthusiasm to our customers.
Yellow color in the trade name AAWONG represents our organization's ability to innovate and to continuously meet our customer needs, while responding to change in the ever-changing business environment.
Blue Color in our tagline represents our organization's strong technical knowledge and expertise in building trust and credibility with our customer.
Our digital transformation journey starts with the adoption of document management system (DMS). It purposes is to store, organize and share our business documentation including customer data, quotation and invoices in one repository. A centralized organizational repository helps to strengthen our internal work processes and allow us to deliver quality services to our customers.
Digital payment through payNow, QR code payment, and credit card has been launched in 2020 during COVID-19 pandemic period in supporting our government Go Digital Initiative. This cashless payment method helps us to continue deliver and improve our customer experience in adapting and embracing new change in the new normal.
The field service scheduling system and mobile application implemented in 2021 helps us to better manage our customer needs through online scheduling, e-quotation, e-invoicing, digital signature and customer communication on a single platform. The mobile application allows us to access the information all the go.
With the launch of our e-commerce store and digital marketing in 2022, it helps us to enhance our customer service experience through live chat and messaging support.
